My name is jangala koteswararao. I have booked medicines from indusviva health sciences pvt limited on 21.10.2018 12:00 at nelamangala courier tracking number [nlm90070821] for me. That was reached narasaraopet branch dated 02.11 2o18 13:06pm showing in your tracker. Dealer mr. Ramarao sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as it's an emergency medicine and that. Still that person has not delivered the courier and he was saying professional courier is not given loading charges for me. He saying "i am not delivered that"i don't care" and if you possible send leagal notice for my head office. So kindly take immediate action on mr. Ramarao him narasaraopet.
