Professional Enterprises — gave fake product

I purchased a fridge from these services people. It's a single door samsung fridge. After the deliver they told me not to turn on the fridge because of gas build up during transport. Next day when i tried to turn in the fridge, it want working. Service guy from their end cane to check and told that it won't work and they will try to replace or repair but they can't refund. Now i have been trying to call all of them and nobody is picking up the call. It's a pure case of consumer harassment - selling a damaged piece and thereafter not replying back on same.
