Projekt Perfumery India — no update on order and paid in full in advance

Ho have ordered a flower bomb 100ml costing 6499/- paid already with my card. I got just an order number[protected] but no update after that. I have placed it on 7/02/2018. No one picks the call on the only number mentioned in their site neither got any response on my emails or text messages. I have spent a lot of money and no idea whether the site is fake or not. Hey Kritika, this happened to me as well. I ordered, 3 products worth 8 thousand and after having paid in full got no tracking number or any shipping details. Now my suspicion has increased, because they have done this to many others. I think we need to get united and do something about it. They have given only one phone number and it's not working. They seem really fake. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I would like to get in touch and lodge a complaint.
