Respected sir, My order number is 5385 I placed an order on 31 July. I paid via net banking amount Rs 1690/- I am attaching proof my order details.. I have not received any product till now.. I just want refund now... This guy is not responding.. there is no response on online website chat... No one picks up the customer care number.. Please do something.. many people have complains against you.. I[censored] are reading this Mr. Mohit please be responsible and act fast.. I hope you become famous and popular in indian perfume community in a good way... U are gaining lots of attention in social media so make it in a good way.. so sort out people's problem fast.. act fast and become a responsible man... Nov 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved My problem was resolved on their whatsapp number. They didn't have a product which I ordered. So they gave me other options. Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
