[Resolved] Projekt Perfumery India — product not shipped after 18 days of placing the order (#11552).

I ordered (#11552) this below mentioned product on august 24, 2019 from https://perfumery.co.in
Youtube discovery pack - top 5 alternatives and top 5 new paris corner releases
Pack 1 - alternatives:
Guivera by projekt alternative - dior sauavgeí
Asylum - roja elysium parfumsaoud roja dove
Alexa
Rouge 666
Grand nuit

It is august 12th-2019 now, still product not shipped after 18 days of placing the order (#11552).

I tried to contact in all the platforms to reach these people but still no appropriate response. Only once i got response from whatsapp saying "please raise your support ticket at perfumery.co.in/pages/support' and i did it several times but, never got any kind of acknowledgement for the ticket.

Status on their website.

Payment status: paid (Rs. 2, 098.00)
Fulfillment status: unfulfilled
Tracktor status says ordered on 24 august-2019 and that's it, no order processing in progress or dispatch... Etc

It seems that these fraudsters can take our money and not responding to it is easy to loot people.

I kindly request to take an serious action against these fraudster (Projekt perfumery india) to resolve the issue asap.

Finally they replied and it issue was resolved.

Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
