My name is pranav i am from coimbatore. Studying in bba final year. I had met a problem of the society before a 20 days one person has called on my number he saws that we are offering a part/ full time job opportunity to you job is form filling work. They marketing person me ne registration fees required after he said to send addhar card photo i have sender to his whatsapp number then he called and said you get confirmation call from our office what they ask in office you just say yes and ok like that i have done after sometimes they have sender the agreement to me which is signed by me i have attached the agreement below they have listed a i[censored] are not completed the work and you did not reach the cut off 800 form means you did not received a any money from our side you have to paid a 4800 to company i was shocked and scrolled him you have to said it first then i have completed the 1000 form in 14 days after a day he seemed a you have failed to reach cut of[censored] have to pay 5400 to company and file a case against you like that they are blackmailing me sir i hope you have understood sir i have to tell one thing sir we are the students sir how can i paid sir 5000 is large amount for us we are belong to poor background people my only hope is you sir please pan the company and strictly warn sir i have also sended the all the news channels sir you are telling india is going to digital india sir some of the people and so mis using the so many activities i am a educated guy if i faces a this type of problem what happened there are lacks of lacks uneducated peoples in india so please take a action to company sir Was this information helpful? | |||

If you fail in your work then you have to pay registration amount and this thing you are confirming here.
So how can you say company is fake.

You know what happened in my case!!! I filled at around 550 forms and after 10 days the site stopped working. I even mailed them they told that it would start working after 2, which they further extended to 15 days. They even told me in written that I would get the money for the amount of work which I have done.
Guess what!!! Now they send me a text regarding a legal proceeding against me.
I saw at several places and you were writing that we have signed the agreement and now it's upon us. Good!!! fine. But tell me one thing Miss Pooja, if you yourself from your side don't satisfy the initial condition which you claimed that we would be getting 15 days to complete the work, then how can you even think of blaming us for not completing the work.
This is even not a smart scamming scheme =D. Atleast you would have given 15 days, then you would have manipulated the entered data, as people claim that you have done, as the pdf generated and the report given are not matching .In my case, I have infact taken the screenshots of all the pages which I have entered as an evidence :). SO just tell me if this is not a scam then what is it. You don't provide the time which you initially told and then you are blaming us. It's you who yourself violated your terms and conditions not us. Kindly reply
Note: In some of the places I might have used the word "you", genuinely speaking I don't have any intention of hurting you, I also don't know whether you are a part of that company or not, but it seems quite logical to assume you to be one of them( I mean here, the company) as in almost all the threads related to fraud against the so called company Projexcel, you are the only one who is supporting the company, and yes with only one reason which itself is contradictory :)

The company is fraud and fake, the people who call themselves as advocates are not advocates but sweepers of Gujrat, Don't pay them a single penny but I would suggest you to pay rupee 1 so that they don't die due to hunger
This company is fake and 100% fraud. It run by four or five poor guys of gujrat. They will say that they are advocates but they are house keeping staff of district court of gujrat. Don't pay them any penalty, ignore all the messages and emails from them, if they call ask them to send the legal id of the company and the advocates, they will not provide you any details, if they say that you will have to come to court then scold them and say who are you to call me to court, just be in your limits, no advocate in the world can ask someone to come to court. If they say that the notice will be forwarded to the nearest police station then abuse that as much as you can saying let the police do their job don't act over smart and do that work of the advocate, no advocate in the world can forward the notice to the nearest police station since its not within their powers. There are many complaints registered against these # and two of them have been arrested as well, if they harass you straight away register an fir against them, if you need more details you can email me at rishi. This company is fraud. Ye koi agreement nahi dete hai. Wo agreement sirf PDF file me banaya gaya hai. Kya is company ke pass koi proof hai ki us agreement me worker ka koi INK Signature hai. Kya inke pass INK Signature proof hai shyad nahi hoga.

Same thing happen with me too i completed my 1000 form filling work in 14 days which was has to be completed in 15 days. But they didn't contacted me after i submitted the work. i also talked in the help line number but still everything was same. and after 7 days the mailed me that your id has been terminated because of multiple login, which i never did. I also talked about this matter in there help line number and also i mailed them. But they didn't responded. I think the company only disobeys it's own agreement...
