Prometric — refund request

Hi team,

This is with reference to the irs see part 1 exam fees refund. I called customer care for the name change request on september 20th 2017. She said she can change the name only after making the payment for the exam. She took my card details and she made the payment and asked me to fax my name document. After sending the document, i called customer care many times and they did not respond properly. They said they will arrange a call back and they did not arrange call back. On october 10th i again called to the customer care and the customer care executive said she could not at all find me with my name or with the exam registration number. She kept me on call for 40 minutes and said she couldn’t find me. I was asked to cancel the examination online and now it is showing that i will not get the refund of exam fees paid of inr 7, 500 (Usd 111.94). I have spent inr 2, 000 (Around 35 usd) on the calls that i made to prometric customer care number and lost everything. Iam not very rich to afford this loss. Please do help me with the refund of my examination fees or atleast reschedule the exam for another date. Please resolve the issue and help me with the solution. Waiting for your valuable solution.
