Dear Prometric Representative,

I am Dr Rita Khaled Saba, booked for the DHA exam at AMIDEAST Lebanon, for the date of September 28, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. and have also obtained approval with reference number: [protected].

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the center after a long trip on September 28, in the exam center, they did not allow me to take the exam and advised me to contact you, because the name on the ticket examination shows "Rita Khaled" while on the passport "Rita Khaled Saba". Knowing that in the DHA portal it was the same, "Rita Khaled Saba" (unlike the Prometric booking page where it shows "Rita Khaled")

Since they did not allow me to attend the exam, I had to go to the prometric portal again and refresh the page multiple times, then my full name appeared and I booked for another date with another payment and passed the exam on September 30th.

Due to the fact that they did not allow me to take the exam on September 28, 2020 and I did nothing wrong, I ask that you kindly refund the same amount that I paid for this reference: [protected]
