We are a placement consultancy and had come to a understanding on Dec 2014 with Prop-Fit Centre Pvt Ltd. (CIN: U74120MH2014PTC259524) wherein we will be providing them candidates & our service charges would be 5% of candidates annual ctc. We managed to place candidates worth approx. Rs. 110000 billing. The company paid us Rs. 35000 in April 2015 after a lot of followup. But for the rest of the payment they have been giving us fake commitments....
