I have been using propello spalsh alkaline water purifier for past 2 years, and i naver faced any issues regarding the product and service. After sales service is quite good, post amc of my water purifier, servicing for my product was satisfactory. Service guy is also very co-operative to do servicing of my purifier on sundays.
