Mr. Rohitash Kumar Chauhan has done unauthorized construction at his residence 213 Arya Nagar Block – II Dehradun. This construction is not as per the Map passed. This encroachment is totally out of the way.
The papers of the property are not as per the construction.
There is no bank approval.
The sanctioned plan from the builder and actual plan are totally different.
The Unauthorized Construction has been done to accommodate new tenets. The owner of building is not including earning from tenets as house rent in House Tax.
