Property Tax — I paid property tax through online money was debited but didnt get any confirmation or sms.

Hi, I have paid property tax online (PTIN- [[protected]]) on 24 Oct 2020 using APGVB(andhra Pradesh grameen vikas bank). The amount got debited from my account but I dint get any acknowledgement either to email or mobile that the tax payment is successful. I am trying to reach the GHMC officials but there is no reply. I also tried to reach the Payment Merhant Paynimo but they are disconnecting the call. Kindly help to resolve the issue.
