[Resolved] Proptiger — cash back not given yet in 6 months, customer care also not responding properly | |||||
I booked a flat on 21/03/2018 in Godrej24, Hinjewadi, Pune via Prop Tiger and their sales promised to pay cash back of 75000 Rs with in 3 months. Later they told me that it will be refunded once agreement is done and 45% of the payment is done to the builder. I have already paid 45% amount to the builder and my agreement is done 2 months back still I haven't got the cash back. Moreover there executives are not replying to the mails properly. For my every query they are sending same copy pasted mail every time. They have committed a fraud by making false commitment of paying the cash back in 3 months and I am also harassed by their behavior and lack of communication. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 30, 2018 PropTiger Customer Care's response Dear Suneet, As per your telephonic conversation with one of our representatives, we haven't received our brokerage in full from the developer yet. As per the discount note terms and conditions, we will be able to release full loyalty discount upon 100% receipt of our brokerage only. Still, as an exception, we are going to release partial amount pro-rated to the brokerage received so far post your confirmation.
