[Resolved] Proptiger — Denying cash back offer

Hi,
My name is nithya d. I have booked a flat at casa paradiso, hyderabad through prop tiger and all my payments to builder is completed. And now when i asked for cash back offer, they told us that our booking is cancelled and they won't be able to give us cash back offer. This they didn't inform us till we asked. It is really a bad experience with prop tiger. Would not suggest anyone to believe them.

As per the telephonic conversation, we request you to get in touch with the builder, as the transaction was recorded by some other channel partner with the builder..
