[Resolved] Proptiger — loyalty cashback not received. | |||
For discount note 4954, proptiger has not yet processed the loyalty cashback. They were part of the negotiation with builder where they promised they will provide a 40825 cashback into my bank account. It's been 9 months. Agreement is signed, more than 30% of the value of the house has been paid. Proptiger is still delaying saying they haven't got commission in full from builder. Please treat this is extremely serious and urgent. You can't hold the customer hanging for your internal matter with builder Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 08, 2019 PropTiger Customer Care's response We don’t like to see our customers upset and inconvenienced. We always strive to create a positive customer experience. We would like to inform you that we have not received our commission against your booking. As per the policy which is also mentioned in our credit note, we only release the discount offered once we have received our commission in full from the developer.We request you to understand that we are providing you the Pass Back amount by sharing our commission. We are waiting for our commission. We will provide you the Pass Back upon receipt of the commission. We are following up with the developer for our commission and will let you know once we any update regarding the same.
