Provincial Automobile Co Pvt Ltd — documents approval

Working in provincial automobile co. Pvt. Ltd. I want to withdraw my pf amount due to some personal reason, but employer till now has not digitally approved documents, and my documents are not linked with account. Talked with hr of the company, they says that will do tomorrow and tomorrow... I have attached the photos showing documents pending from employers end.
