[Resolved] Provogue India — I haven't received my order yet | |||
Hi, My name is Vishal Gokani. I am an irctc user. I have purchased a combo offer, which was offered me in my mail by this link "http://irctc.provogue.com/". I have purchased combo 4 from that link and paid Rs.799 on 16th of June 2018 and my order id is "[protected]". My transaction id is "[protected]". I have received a mail from provogue that i will receive my products within 28 days. Today is 9th of July, almost 25 days. I haven't received any product. I was checking on provogue website for update status, but it still gives me message "in process". I have tried multiple times contacting them via telephone number which was given by them on mail "[protected]". Every time IVR option ask for order number and says that all our representatives are busy wait for some time. I haven't hang up the call for hours, but no one was there to answer. I am feeling that I have been cheated from IRCTC and Provogue. Please help me out. Here with I am attaching mail screen shots as well as my transaction screen shots. Jul 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After registering my complaint, I have also mailed to Provogue India about the issue. In reply they just said your refund is in process, and it will be reflected in your account within 4 to 5 days. After 8 days amount was reflected in my account.
