Provogue India — product not delivered after 33 days of online purchase | |||
I am a customer of irctc. Having purchased a holiday from irctc, i saw an ad site in the irctc web platform with the name irctc provogue offer. The site ip address was http://www.irctc.provogue.com/ I clicked and a page opened with the caption, "thank you for your booking with irctc. Now redeem your stylish provogue merchandise worth up-to rs. 7499/- free*. Click 'continue' to proceed. I clicked and was directed to another page http://www.irctc.provogue.com/irctc-offers. There were different offers and i clicked on the 1 st one, viz. Combo-2 ; comprising a man's provogue watch, a lady's provogue watch and a provogue bag. I was redirected to provide all my personal details and pay rs.799.00 through bank debit/credit card or net banking. I paid rs. 799 through net banking of federal; bank. I recived a message that my order number is [protected] (Placed on june 20, 2018 2:06:02 pm ist) I was advised prior to closing of the page that i will be getting an email confirmation of the order from provogue. I received an emails from provogue and the money is gone. After waiting for hours, i attempted to call the provogue india number at bombay[protected] several times. Every time an ivr announcement asked for details which i gave and was asked to wait to be connected to a customer service agent. But no agent came online or neither there was any other voice message from the ivr. Was this information helpful? | |||
