I ordered Canvas duffle bag two months back with order number[protected] I still didn't receive the bag yet, multiple time I tried to call your customer care number [protected] but there is no response. I also placed a complaint on the same portal I didn't even get any proper response for that. Worst part is you didn't even intimate of delay in delivery...

Hello. I ordered a ladies purse on 14th February and got the confirmation message as under.

Thank you for placing your order with us. You will receive your order #[protected] within 28 working days from the date of order placement. PROVOGUE

But still I don't get my order what I have to do now.
