[Resolved] Provogue — Product not delivered | |||
I order PROVOGUE wallet online through provogue.com under ICICI offer on Date: 7 July 2014 and in their shipping policy its clearly mentioned "We dispatch your merchandise within 24 hours of you placing an order on the website.". But since from the day of purchase till now my order status is processing. I am tired calling their number "[protected]". They didn't even replied for my email nor I am able getting a way to cancel me order. Worst service ever seen. Please help me regarding this. As you have availed the ICICI Scheme Offer, the offer has the T&C of delivery time of 21 days. The same has been mentioned in the offer site in ICICI and provogue site while making an order.
We can see that product was delievered to you in the given time

They didn't deliver the product, and has already deducted money from my bank account as prepaid...Shame on them..redicules, now when I am calling their custoemer care and help line number, they are not answering the call. Nor replying my emails... cheaters..
