Prox Company, Latur, Maharashtra — wrong qc report, data manipulation and mental harassment by forcing legal action

Hi everybody
My name is abhishek chaudhuri, on 31st jan 2019 i took online form filling work against the id: c[protected] from prox company latur saying i need to fill 900 forms in 9 days and will pay 25 rs per form. If i fail to meet their accuracy requirement of 90% i. E 810 forms should be correct out of 900 forms then i have to pay 4700 to them. I accepted and then i raised some queries
1. I just saw the agreement paper and saw the sell date of sep 2018 and stamp date of aug 2018, how come these dates are of 2018 where as i got the agreement today?

2. How the technical challenges like login issue, downtime of the site, hanging of the site, data submission glitches and others technical issues which hampers my productivity will be sorted out. I am not sure how many content are there in the form. Moreover the demo id/password send by one of the executive mr. Ravi kumar is also not working. If i face similar challenge while task completion then how that issues will be resolved.

3. If i fail to maintain the accuracy then i am liable to pay the company, but if company fails to provide necessary infrastructure then how company is going to compensate it is not mentioned in the agreement nor any of the mail.

But above queries were not answered, instead i was given the credentials to start the work. I started working and completed my work on 5th feb, then i reviewed all 900 forms again to see i made any mistakes and then i corrected them and then submitted my work on 9th feb. Then i received a password protected pdf containing all the data i have punched.in the meantime i put some queries to their helpline mail id which they replied very promply, which made me feel this is a genuine company.
On 11th feb i saw the qc report which said marked as failed.

Then i investigated the report and to my astonishment i found that there were 99 forms which has error of extra space between 1st and 2nd word and when i checked it with the data in pdf (I got after submitting the work) there were no extra space in the pdf data. When i enquired it to their helpline mail they avoided the response and asked to call customer helpline. Then i called customer helpline number they also avoided the question and only kept referring that qc failed and i have to pay the penalty.

Apart from extra space error there are 76 errors out of 900 forms.

They manipulate the data to such a large extent that people think that they might have made so many mistakes but actually they induce errors them selves by adding spaces

Now their legel department is harassing me to file a case against me latur on 12th feb and i have to report to the session court latur on 13th feb.

I have taken the screen shots of all the forms which are marked erroneous due to extra space. When i told their lawyer about the wrong qc he told me that it is a very big company and every thing is done automatically but matter of fact is that they have manipulated the data during qc

Please help me to recover my money (Rs. 17800) which i have earned by sincerely putting my efforts

on 12th Feb, they have send me a legal notice

Today I received a call from consumer complaints, asking for the number of the advocate from whom I have received call on behalf of prox company.
I have shared the number with them and waiting for an update...

On 13th Feb itself a got revert from the number which said from the compaint helpline saying that they have talked to the prox company lawyer and they wont proceed with the matter and I should mark the my complain as resolved on the site and in any case prox company further sends me any proceeding regarding the matter I should let them know via call and they will again talk to prox representative, Which I refused saying that I need something in writing about the withdrawl of the case and second I need my payment of my sincere effort, untill then I wont mark the complaint resolved. After that no one from the compaint helpline has reverted back but infact I have received a message from a number marked LEAGALD as follows

We advise you to respect the proceedings and law of India to meet your case in good faith at Indian Council of Arbitration Delhi. The customer who is accused has to pay charges of proceedings of their own. Still we are giving you one chance to disengage this case and settle the dispute outside the court by paying penalty amount to our client . We will let you free from all charges and proceedings once your payment is settled in books of accounts of company.

Similarly there is another company called EXA Technologies, which I joined on 11th feb is also a fraud company, it provide job by saying you have to enter 15000 captchas in 15 days and you will get Rs 2.25 per correct captcha and we have to maintain and accuracy of 90% where 13500 captchas needs to be correct otherwise we need to pay 9000 as utility charges. When I started working on the project I found that some captchas are absolutely unreadable and some are totally confusing like you cant differentiate between small L and pipeline(|). To my further surprise they even manipulated the data I have entered some thing and site is showing something else

I typed and submitted - "4BDz7i"(060-Entered.png-attached) and how come report on the site is showing - "4BDz7v"(060-Site.png-attached).

Moreover these both these companies PROX and EXA Technology belong to the same person.

So Please help me to cancel my contract with EXA Technology.
