Help please.
On 18/01/2019, i was searching for online part time work at home, then one lady called me about work she told me about prox company. She convinced me to work with prox company and i also ready for this work. I accepted theirs term and condition that was online form filling work in nine days. But, few days later i got to know this is fraud company. But now (29/01/2019) i have received email stating “under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.” please help me how can i face this problem.
