[Resolved]  Prox Company — prox company fraud and harassment

I'm jyoti from jaipur. I got a call from [protected] called mahi khan on 29/01/2019 for home based form filling work without any registration fee and made an agreement like if i failed to submit or give 90% accuracy i have to pay penalty fee rs. 4700/-,
After that i submitted my work on 7/2/19 and they send me an email on 8/2/19 and a call received by me from [protected] named mihir patel that i failed in quality check and they file a case against me.
After that i received a mail again on 16/2/19 from chetan sharma for legal proceedings.in which they asked me to pay the amount of rs. 4700 for company's loss and rs. 3000 for legal proceedings.
They tell me to settlement outside of the court while i pay the amount. If i not pay the amount then they will send me the legal notice on my address and will bring me in the court and i have to pay big amount as a compensation to the company.
They are literally harassing me and demanding money as i am a girl they are terrify me like aap darr kyu rahi ho aap daro mat amount pay kardo otherwise court ka notice apke address pe send kar rahe hai.
Please help me sir, in my knowledge i gave 99% accuracy. Even i bought a new laptop on emi for that work how will i pay the emi if the company will do like that. Please sir solve my problem.
