[Resolved]  Prox Company Register Office At 935, Monarch Hub, Latur, Maharashtra — fraud company

I register on a clickindia for job and after some days i receive a message, on 18th of january 2019 name arvi patel [[protected]] from the company name prox company, its registered office at 935, monarch hub, latur, maharashtra and also a mail from agreement. [protected]@gmail.com who says that she is marketing executive of the company. She told me that i have to fill 900 forms in 9 days so that they pay me 25 rupees per form and they send me an agreement from latur maharashtra and they ask me to send your i'd adhar card
And digital signature and a vedio that contains that i agree with all terms an conditions of prox company without informing about any agreement i send my i'd and digital signature and a vedio. And i submited all my information on 18th january 2019 and she told me to install an application on my phone signed digital sign on 19th of january she told me that i will get 25 rupees per form and out of 9 days 3 days i was getting login problem apart that within 6 days however i completed 900 form after completing i was having problem in submitting and after that i was not able to login and today i. E 29th of january i received a call and a mail from adv. Pranav desai [ [protected]] and he is telling me that "dear concern,

This intimation letter informs you that prox company has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.


Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.


So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.

I have completed 900 form and not aware what is my mistake and if i have mistaken in that forms some forms were right too full forms could not be wrong
And now they sms me "your case can be booked under section 420 and section406. You need to clear dues of the company and settle this dispute. Not setting the dispite will land you in mess and we have to process this case further for an arbitrary."

Please can clickindia help me in this??
