I bought the royal pass for season 12 and paid the money via paytm but did not receive any royal pass activation.

Today i purchase royalpass in pub g mobile but My Uc has been dedected in My Account Please help me sir this issue is face Many and many Time my Pubg id is [protected] please help me and deactivate any service and Please refund back UC in My pub g account

the transaction was made through midasbuy

Today i bought 799rs uc. And it showed he payment fail, system too busy and try again later and i didn't get my uc bundle but 799rs got deducted from my paytm wallet. With trasaction id enclosed

I contact paytm customer care (24*7 help) and they told me that they have successfully paid money to the
Merchant. And told me to contact the merchant and tell him to check the 'passbook' section.
I couldn't contact the merchant.
There is no contact service in midasbuy website, so i contact the proximagamma private limited. But there is no reply.
I also contact in game customer service, there too no reply.
Please help. Send my order (Uc) to my account or refund my money back to my wallet.

Today i bought 1598 RS UC . And it showed he payment fail, system too busy and try again later and i didn't get my UC bundle but 1598RS got deducted from my Paytm wallet.
.
I contact Paytm customer care(24*7 help) and they told me that they have successfully paid money to the
Merchant. And told me to contact the merchant and tell him to check the 'passbook' Section.
I couldn't contact the merchant.
There is no contact service in midasbuy website, so i contact the PROXIMAGAMMA PRIVATE LIMITED. But there is no reply.
I also contact in game customer service, there too no reply.
Please help . Send my order(UC) to my account or refund my money back to my wallet.
