Yesterday i've purchased 3, 999 rs uc. And it showed the payment fail, system too busy and try again later and i didn't get my uc bundle but 3, 999rs got deducted from my paytm wallet. With trasaction id enclosed .
I contact paytm customer care (24*7 help) and they told me that they have successfully paid money to the
Merchant. And told me to contact the merchant and tell him to check the 'passbook' section.
I've contacted the proximagamma private limited. But there is no reply.
I've also contact in game customer service, there too no reply.
