Proximagamma Private Limited — related to pubg uc purchase

I purchased 799/- uc which contains
600uc + 70uc pack and done payment through your website but i didn't got my uc
I've paid money through paytm wallet
It showed me my transaction was successful
And in website also it showed me my order was successful but i didn't got my uc
Please resolve this as soon as possible
Either refund money or send uc to my pubg mobile account
