PSPCL — No one visit or call me after 20 hour of complaint

Sir, it is for your kind information that i called 1912 (helpline number) on[protected] at 9:18 and 9:20 pm to check my electricity connenction but no one visit us or call us for attending my electricity problem even 20 hour passed, Even i called higher officers number [protected], [protected], [protected] but no one visit to attend the call. As it is hard to survive in summer days without electicity. My complaint number is 1769975.
