[Resolved]  PTron — Battery draining

Address:Palred Retail Private Limited. Plot No. 2, 8-2-703/2/B Road Number 12, Banjara Hills Hyderabad, Telangana - 500034.

I brought a ptron true wireless headset. After 5 month the headset case battery is draining.I want to claim warranty so i email to their support team then they replied to me in 2 days there will not contact me but i don't receive any call or email after 2 days.
