PTron — No response about replacement unit after months | |||
I was charging my device overnight because I had faith in the 'Over-charge Protection' and 'Over-current Protection' which is the USP of pTron Dynamo Zip Powerbank. The next day morning the device's OUT port (type A port) is acting wierd. When I connect my device its facing frequent disconnections as if I am inserting USB cable in and out of the port. I had purchased the product on AUG 14 from Amazon and it got delivered on AUG 17 and I'm writing this on AUG 26. Apparently, the return window was just for 7 days. The product's inside was shaking a little bit but I neglected it because I was impressed at the performance of the device. The fast charging and Power Delivery was excellent in this product, but that didn't last long. I've sent them the product and after 2 weeks or so, they've sent me a faulty unit from LatestOne.com bottom part of the powerbank was missing and it was coming all apart. I've contacted them complaining about the replacement unit's condition. To my astonishment, they've sent me a different model. but it looks the same. I bought PTron Dynamo Zip 18W 20000mah - Black from Amazon and that got damaged after their 10 day replacement policy. But they've sent me PTron Dynamo Elite 18W 20000mah - Black. Images are attached for your reference. They've asked me to return the replacement unit and said that they will replace the item. They received the product and returned me back an email saying they will process the replacement within 10-15 days. Its been almost 3 months since I've heard from them and I'm concerned that I lost my money. I've created the ticket on 28th August and since 13th October they've stopped responding to my messages. Thankfully, they have not closed the ticket so I still have some hope. Please help me. If there's a delay in replacement process they should've contacted me after their claiming "10-15 working days" saying the same. But their absence of response started to upset me.
