Pubg Mobile — deduction of money with no results

Hello, i made a in-game purchase of 600 uc in pubg mobile which costs ₹799. I had ₹20 google pay credits so it cost me ₹779.

I paid that money but it said payment failed and money got deducted. No help from pubg mobile support.

It feels like i am robbed. Please get me refund or process that uc purchase.
