Pubg Mobile — failed to purchase but amount deducted

I have purchased season 6 elite pass worth rs. 799, the amount got deducted from the bank, but i didn't got the uc's. I have also texted the consumer care service, but they are also not replying, kindly help me with this, below are the proof of the successful payment to the times of money limited for purchasing the royal elite pass season 6.

Kindly please help me to get my refund back, i don't have any source : (

In pubg mobile i was using net banking to purchase and my reference no is IGAFSBQZG7 Amount has been debit but i didnot get any of them

Sir, my money get deducted but i dont get uc cash in pubg plz give me my money back or uc cash

I had purchased 600 uc on 5 April but it was shown that the purchased failed but my money was deducted RS 799 . I tired contacting them via email and customer support .but I did not get any help or even reply . I just want the refund . kindly help me out. This is the transaction ID IGAFVPUCD5.
