Pubg Mobile — ingame purchase failed and money got debited.

I purchased pubg uc for ₹799 on 27 dec 2018.
My money got debited from my bank but in the game it showed purchase failed. I didn't recieved my uc and not even any refund. Please either refund my money or give me uc in pubg mobile.
The transaction reference no. Is igafbforn5.
I contacted ingane customer support but they didn't gave any proper relply.
I also mailed the pubg developer but they didn't replied anything.
I need my money as soon as possible. Please solve my problem.
