Pubg Mobile — payment failed

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 23 april 2019 at 11:20am via internet banking. Costing rs.240.00 for kar98 skin.

My account has been debited for the same amount but payment failed no skin add to my inventory. It shows in my sbi account that the money went inb times of money limited.

Mic enable
I bought prime and prime plus subscriptions two days ago did not get anything. I contacted support but only got the robot answering me. I have proof of purchases and would like a refund or what I bought.
