Pubg — money debited for failure transaction on purchasing uc

I purchased pubg uc costing 799 rupees through internet banking sbi, money was debited from bank in the name of times of india but pubg mobile did nt received uc showing msg 'error occured unable to purchase'. There was no history about payment in google accounts regarding transaction made.
I would like to know that money will be refundable or nt and if refundable with in how many days i get refunded
