Pubg — money deducted but membership not activated

I had paid 390 rupees for prime plus membership in pubg but i haven't got any membership but amount got debited from my account. please help.i am trying to report this to customer service if pubg but they are not replying and this transaction is not showing in play store also just debited from bank account no details in play store or pubg.dont know what to do.please help. +2 photos Was this information helpful? I have purchased in game uc worth Rs. 420. The amount has been debited from my account vide transaction ref no. IGAFYGIJF6 but the uc was not credited to me in game (PUBG mobile).

Have purchased UC in PUBG mobile money got deducted but didn't get the UC. Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For times of money limited transaction of rs. 799.0 from A/cX7317 on 01 MAY 19 at 10:21 PM is Ref#IGAGAWGMF6. This was the message i got after but in game it showed payment failed so i need my refund.
