I purchase pubg uc for rs 799 on yesterday
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Im do this from sbi internet banking system. After transaction complete it shows you cancelled the payment and icannot get any uc and cash was gone from my account help me to solve this

Hi i paid $99.99 for uc but didn't received any. I already tried to reach you through ingame chat but got no response. Even sent email to the address written in ingame. Again no response. Supposedly i think im losing my money.
