Pubg — uc not received

I purchase 300uc in pubg date:- 03/05/2019.
The amount was deducted from my sbi account and still not received uc in my account. It says purchase failed. But the amount was deducted from my account. Please help me. Credit 300 uc to my account or refund my money. Please help.
