My mother and I ordered 3 of these “cloud” blankets and 1 set of pillows. It has been 20 days and no communication. I have emailed the info link 5 times and the direct “contact us” link on the website 3 times. No response. I did a search and found the company maybe fraudulent. Is there any way to get out money back?
