Puma — clothing

I had placed a return request for order[protected] on 18th february 2019 for a track pant that was too big for me. Till date 9th march 2019, it has not been picked up from my place. I had called their customer care a number of times but all they say is "it will be picked up in 5 to 7 days". I am sofrustrated with the whole situation. I dont think i will order again from their site if this is the way customers are harassed.

I bought a puma shoe recently..but the barcode printed on the box of the shoe is not valid because I cross examine the barcode with a QR/Bar code scanner and its not showing any result about the product..
Please help me
I had purchased shoes from Central Pune.
The fabric of the shoes started wearing out in 10 days so I contacted Puma regarding the issue for replacement and it is now 15 days that i am still waiting for their reply.
