Puma — Did not get the refund yet | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a puma shoes almsot 15 days back of Rs 2000. When i received, it was not upto the mark so i returned it. Now it s been more than a week, they have not refunded my amount yet. They are saying we have not received the product yet. When they picked the product on time, then why are not refunding.Its their problem with courier guy.Atleast they should initiate to refund.they are not responding too. I have purchased puma g villas no.[protected]..non marking shoes..for 5k...the most pathetic shoes...my heels started paining from day one...very bad puma...for everybody dont buy them ...

Sir i bought puma running shoes last december.. the matrial used is very bad.. the shoe has been torned from everywhere & the quality of sole is also not good ..please respond
