[Resolved] Puma — fraud:- refund money not received even after shoes returned on the same day. | |||
I purchased a pair of sports shoes on the website and it came on time. I paid by cash directly to the delivery person. I tried the shoes but they were not appropriate according to my feet. Within couple of minutes of my purchase i requested return of shoes. The person came and took away the shoes on time. I kept calling the consumer care team and they say you will get a reimbursement link within 24 hrs or 48 hrs. The link came but there was technical error, i entered all my details correctly but still it was showing all my details are incorrect. I gave a call back to the consumer care team they say a new link will be sent after 24 hrs. The company sent me an expired link again twice. Every time i call the say the same story again and agian. It has been 5 days still these people are playing games with the customer and shoes havent reach their warehouse. Please donnot shop online with the brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
