Puma — Product delivery | |||
I ordered the puma bag on 25th June its almost 10 days and I haven't heard anything from puma when I called I was told that the product was defective and we will send you the product when its available. Now the product is in stock from last 3 days still there is no response nor are you guys delivering the product nor you called to cancel the order. I am a person using lots of puma product its disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from a brand like PUMA Fahd Abdullah Order no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Its been 8 days since i have placed my order and it was supposed to dispatch within three days but i haven't got any response after placing my order..neither the customer care is responsing nor they are replying to my mails.they said we are waiting for quality check and will deliver in 48hrs but nothing happened..it is very disappointing to go through all this i had to gift it to someone but the time has already crossed.

Its like they are least interested for their customers after sending mails and complaints apart form my complain here...stilk no response...
