Puma — Puma Refund amount not credited even after multiple follow-ups

I ordered a T-shirt and it didn't reach home and it was sent back to Bangalore. It's been more than 15 days since my product returned and no Refund has been initiated. Their Customer Support is finding an excuse for the delay of my refund. Such a bad response from the PUMA team. This is the first worst experience I ever had with a branded company like this.
