Puma — returning and refunding of the product

Yesterday[protected] i bought shoes from krysh retail pvt. Ltd. Chandrapur, customer id no. :[protected] which i want to return since it is not comfortable, oversized. I have contacted the shopkeeper but unfortunately he was not so helping. I have also attached required documents and photos of the product.
Thus i request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
