Puma — worst customer service | |||
This is regarding one of the puma shoe i bought. Well i bought that shoe from amazon, but once i got the product it was defective so i asked amazon for replacement but they onky had refund so i contacted puma for my 90 days warranty Puma customer service told me to share the invoice and pictures with you i did the same as i was told, after which they informed me that within 2 days we will get a reply from the store and we will help you out with it. All this was told to me by a supervisor "shivani" She sent me a mail regarding the same also Now for the next three days there was no update provided to me i called again asked them for updates again i talked to shivani sje told me the store owner is on meeting so we are not able to get a reply from them she said and i quote "if by monday i did not solved your issue i will forward this call to india customer head pranav agarwal" No update again till monday called puma again and still no update tried to talk to shivani but thr associate was so rude! Is this the way you treat your customers? Then yesterday i called again asked to be transfered to shiavani they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes And then shivani said his manager is in meeting i will give you a call back in half an hour Its the second day i did not received any call from her Now i would like to ask you is this a way your customer should be treated? I choose puma because i trusted this brand, now when i am facing an issue no one is here to help me out And yes if this is the way your customers are treated i am sorry to say with me they will also loose the trust on you You customer service team is making it wors Was this information helpful? | |||
