Punbus / Punjab Roadways — passenger been issued status report instead a proper ticket

Hi there I took bus no..PB10CG9048
From Tarn tartan to moga around 4:10pm
To moga... conductor was bit rude and unspeakable..
I paid him 100 rs and he give me a status report of his work/journey print instead of
A genuine bus ticket..
I asked him twice but he laughed and never come back to me with ticket .. even the driver is using his mobile phone with one hand and driving the bus with single hand totally not safe at alll
The conductor still owns me 5rs and rs 95 to the government on Punjab .
I am a NRI visiting Indian religious places

Please find attached copy of the fraud ticket..must take action
