pune airport — complaint: pune airport staff/immigration customer handling

I am writing with utmost dissatisfaction with my experience at the Pune Airport while my travel back to Australia. To my horror of a disastrous Customer service and one of the worst experiences I have had on an Airport. I have been travelling since 18 years and travelled numerous countries, However this was the worst.
So I was queued up to Check in, the Jet airways Rep did that after asking for my Visa (which I believe should come up once they scan my Passport) after which I get a Boarding Pass. While Immi I get asked for a Card (???) this is what I asked, what card do you want. The guy gives me a terrible look and says again you would have a card right. To which I responded that Australia doesn't have a card as such unless he is asking for an OCI, to which he again gave me a "Look". Only to agree after he confirmed it with his colleague. But feeling insulted he called his Manager, One MR Cryril and talking in sign language. then he to start asking me questions. They finally De boarded me stating some ridiculous reason (Mind you after getting a Boarding pass). To sum it up they are useless bunch of people who have their positions gone to their head and think they can scare people to their authority. If someone from the Authority does care and have a look at this, I would like to get an email id for people at the higher level and give more details. "Only if they care" This Airport doesn't deserve to cater to International Passenger's for Sure.
