Pune Municipal Corporation — heavy seepage due to construction by neighbors on floor above my house.

I am a senior citizen residing in C35 Gulmohar habitat phase 1 since 18 yrs
In yr 2016 my neighbors above us C40 Chandrani made some reconstruction of bathrooms and kitchen after which the problem of seepage has started.
It has been 4 years now and nothing has been done yet, I have requested them several times.plz help urgently
