[Resolved]  Pune Municipal Corporation — water leakage from flat number 303, shivalik residency, pune 32

Respected sir/madam,

There is a water leakage problem in my house (Flat no 203, shivalik residency, s. No.34/1, plot no.40, tingre nagar, pune-411032.) from last 1 and a half month from flat number 303 of mr vinayak raut. Mr. Raut has agreed to do the plumbing work and they asked their tenant not to use the said bathroom till the plumbing work will not over. But instead of several reminders, the tenant is not coordinating and using the bathroom constantly even if they have another bathroom to use. Due to this heavy leakage, my entire passage and bedroom is damaged and i am not in a position to use the said area.

In the last week mr raut has agreed to start the plumbing work from monday i. E. From today 9th october 2017 by vacating the flat. But neither the flat is vacated nor the plumbing work has started. I am trying to call mr raut, but they are not picking up my phone. I am not sure what is their intention about whether they are going to do the plumbing work or not.

I have already informed to the secretary of the society in writing and obtain their acknowledgement.

This is just for your necessary action.
